Rady Children’s Physician Management Services (RCPMS) offers exciting opportunities for qualified candidates to join our rapidly growing organization. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Rady Children’s Hospital and Health Center with just over 500 employees. RCPMS supports primary care pediatricians with 32 office locations throughout San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties.
RCPMS seeks a friendly, motivated, and dependable individual for our Staff Accountant position located in Kearny Mesa.
Full-time hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide monthly detail to the Senior Accountant for General Journal entries
- Monthly reconciliation of fixed asset activity, including depreciation and preparation of monthly schedules
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation, including bank and credit card statements
- Post monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals
- Monitor approvals of invoices
- Expense allocation to multiple sites
- Assist in the preparation and entering of annual departmental budgets
- Participate in monthly and annual financial close by completing all assigned projects and tasks as needed and on schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or related field and
- Two (2) years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Healthcare experience preferred.

The reasonably expected starting hourly wage range for this position is $33-$35 depending on qualifications including education and relevant experience.
