RCPMS supports primary care pediatricians with 32 office locations throughout San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties.

RCPMS seeks a friendly, motivated, and dependable individual for our Call Center Assistant Supervisor opening.

Full-time hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Call Center Supervisor, the Assistant Supervisor is responsible for the effective workflow of the Call Center & Welcome Center departments. The Assistant Supervisor will assist the Call Center Supervisor with reporting, auditing, and leadership rounding at the Call Centers. The Assistant Supervisor will work closely with all levels of leadership to continue to grow Call Center Services. They will work in collaboration with the Scheduling Leads to ensure procedures and tasks are completed correctly and to RCPMS standards with specific focus on accuracy and customer service. The Assistant Supervisor is a working leader who is fully proficient in registration and all scheduling workflows and will assist with fielding calls as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and ensures effective workflow of scheduling throughout Call Center Services.
  • Monitors in-bound call volume and ensures calls are answered in a timely manner and in line with RCPMS standards for excellence.
  • Monitors Scheduling Representatives performance to ensure good customer service.
  • In collaboration with the Call Center Supervisor provides performance management of Call Center & Welcome Center staff including performance evaluations, coaching, development and corrective action.
  • In collaboration with Call Center Supervisor, tracks and manages employee attendance and punctuality. Approve Call Center/Welcome Center time off requests and assist with timecard management.
  • Provides orientation, guidance, mentoring and training to new Scheduling & Welcome Center Representatives

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in an ambulatory medical setting preferably with Call Center experience.
  • Supervisory/ leadership experience preferred
  • High School diploma
