Our Welcome Center creates a positive first impression for new patients using skills that project a warm and friendly place. They accurately register new patients and schedule a first appointment for them. In addition, a “New Patient Packet” is sent to each new patient with information that will help them feel more comfortable when they arrive for their first visit.

Nurse Care Connect is available for telephone advice given by Registered Nurse’s to help guide parent through a child illness or answer basic questions

A Staff Float Pool is available so your office will always have a compliment of support staff – both back and front office – to keep your office running at optimal efficiency.

Physician and Management collaboration to improve administrative and operational outcomes:
