Our financial team consists of seasoned professionals, each with at least twenty years of professional healthcare experience in managing finance and accounting operations of various healthcare entities, as well as evaluating performance and developing strategies that can help organizations better position themselves in the marketplace.
RCPMS manages the following areas on a daily basis:

- Vendor contract management, analyses, and negotiations (i.e., supplies and purchased services)
- Productivity benchmarking, tracking, and reporting
- Expense management benchmarking, tracking, and reporting
- Accounts receivable management
- Property lease management, analyses, and negotiations
Contracting:
- Routinely negotiates with fee-for-service and capitated agreements with major healthplans on behalf of its clients
- Highly knowledgeable in various payer reimbursement models that help clients maximize yield for all services rendered
- Up to date with healthcare reform initiatives and the economic impact and opportunities for healthcare providers
Facilities Planning and Lease Management:
- Negotiates and manages property lease agreements for multiple facilities
- Currently manages twenty (20) properties throughout San Diego and Southern Riverside counties on behalf of its clients
Purchasing/Materials Management:
- Negotiates and manages immunization purchasing agreements with various pharmaceutical companies
- Negotiates and manages high-volume medical and office supply purchasing agreements with various vendors
Strategic Planning/Business Development:
- Develops Collaborative Partnerships
- Experienced in Expansion and Relocation
- Conducts Organizational Assessments
- Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
- Focused on Community Needs Assessment and Alignment
