Employee Recognition

Our employees are our most valuable asset. We believe in recognizing, supporting and advancing their career path within our organization. Employee longevity provides an excellent and stable foundation and the programs below are examples of our success in this area.

Our goal is to inspire and hardwire service excellence throughout all levels of our organization. Toward that end, the following programs have been developed:

Service Star of the Month:
Throughout the year RCPMS recognizes employees for contributions that are above and beyond in customer service. Through our “Have You Met A Star Today?” program, employees are recognized monthly for providing outstanding customer service. Customers are encouraged to provide feedback and acknowledge staff that has made a difference during their visit. Recognitions are also accepted from peers, managers and corporate affiliate partners.

Employee of the Quarter:
The Employee of the Quarter program was established to recognize outstanding performance by RCPMS employees. The employees who receive these awards have exemplified exceptional levels of work performance, displayed a high regard and loyalty towards RCPMS and its corporate partners, and are role models for other staff. Selected from nominations by peers, managers and corporate affiliate partners, the Employee of the Quarter is based on demonstrated excellence in one or more of the following areas:

  1. Outstanding performance above and beyond the scope of their job duties.
  2. Excellence in one or more of the 5 pillars: Service, Quality, People, Finance, and Community.
  3. Actions that exemplify the Mission and Values of the organization.

Annual Celebration
At the end of each calendar year the organization and its corporate affiliate partners celebrate and recognize staff for their service and commitment to our Mission and Values.

Tenure Recognitions:
Employee longevity is highly valued and during our Annual Celebration we recognize our employees with gifts to commemorate the tenure milestones of three years, five years, ten years and as of 2010 fifteen years.

Service Star of the Year:
An employee is selected annually from all our “Service Star” recognitions who most exemplifies the organizational commitment to customer service based on quantity and quality of customer feedback as well as consistency of service. Their contributions are recognized in a tangible way at our Annual Celebration.

Employee of the Year:
Based on nominations from managers and corporate affiliate partners, the Senior Leadership Team annually selects one employee who best exemplifies the qualities of leadership, consistency, above and beyond, teamwork, customer service, and patient advocate. The selected employee is announced and recognized in a tangible way at our Annual Celebration.
