Rady Children’s Physician Management Services (RCPMS) is a Management Service Organization (MSO) serving San Diego area physicians since 1995. Our dedicated team of professionals and their collective years of experience in the health care industry provide our Clients with a unique and expert resource pool to maximize the operations and profits of their organizations. We employ over 350 dedicated and diversified individuals to provide services to approximately 100 providers. In our 17 years of operation, we have continually expanded, enhanced and perfected our services, while growing our Clients’ patient base to over 180,000 while successfully managing over $85 million in annual revenues.
